The front desk staff were amazing. Especially the early morning staff as I was leaving. Without any provocation, one of the ladies offered to carry my travel bag out to my vehicle. I am somewhat disabled, and this offer was so welcomed.
The only downside is I can't believe humans like to be imprisoned in their bed. lol To get the sheets, bedcover, etc. "untucked" so that you can climb into the bed was such a chore.
I stay here on all my visits to Nashville. Never had anything but a great experience there.

I booked a room with plenty of time. We were traveling with my daughter for a soccer games over the weekend. Since we were checking in late in the evening I called and advised the front desk in this regard. When we actually arrived around 7 p.m, I tried to do the check in through my phone since I’m a Hilton member, the system advised me the room wasn’t ready at 7 p.m when the hotel policy for check-in is at 4. I thought could be a system error but while approaching the front desk, the lady told us “your room is not ready yet”. I was so confused, after a 4 hour car trip plus 2 hours of a soccer game, we just wanted to get into the room was booked a week in advanced and prepaid.
Also, after taking a shower we founded out the hair dryer wasn’t working properly, it was only throwing cold air.
Overall, we had a bad experience when we had high expectation for a place that don’t offer complementary breakfast and charge you overnight parking. Just wanted to share looking for improvements for future guests.

My desk said they quickly switched you to another room that was ready. Our hair dryers do have a cold air setting that was likely switched on, but I will have the one in your room checked to be sure. We do not have a free breakfast and we do charge for parking like many of the hotels in Nashville area. Thanks again and I do hope you give us another opportunity in the future!

I reserved a king room. I don’t know if it is true but was told the bed was a standard king. I have a standard king bed at home and the one in the hotel was definitely not the same size. The heat did not work right, we had to put it on 80 just to make it turn on a little and when it did, there was a burning smell. However, I’m not sure if the smell was the heater or the light in the bathroom that popped every time I turned it on. And the worst part was the vent in the bathroom. It was so disgusting and filled with dirt and who knows what else. It’s kind of gross thinking I was breathing that in. The people were nice but overall the room was not unfortunately. I definitely think I will not be staying in a Hilton anytime soon.

Our beds are Hotel Kings and 72" wide instead of a regular king that you probably have at home that is 78" wide. There are several types of king beds. Since this is likely the first time the heat has been turned on with the cold weather now here, that is probably what you smelled with the heat coming on. We will check out the light switch as well.

Yes everything was great. The thermastat might need to be looked at. I was cold and we had turned it up to 79. We never put ours at home that high. It's numbers might be off. Other than that it was very nice.

The jacuzzi was very small only fits 5, the bubble pressure was very low. Staff was nice.
