We were informed upon check in the the WiFi was down.. super inconvenient but not the end of the world.. we get to our room only to realize it’s tiny.. again not the end of the world but definitely inconvenient as a family of 4. The room was absolutely filthy, soda stains all over the walls, what looked to be bloody boogers all over the wall, and what the kids named “the poop chair” because there was a very suspicious looking stain as well as MANY other stains, in every corner of the tile floor is a pile of “ick”. We also killed 3 house centipedes in our room. The bedding and shower/curtain, and the towels were all clean, the breakfast was ok, and I liked the coffee… but other than that we spent our entire stay “icked out” by the rest.

Young lady who checked us in was nice. The room was fairly clean. Room had a bad smell. Bathroom floor very sticky. After driving all day, we still decided to stay. Bed was comfortable.

(Un)”comedy of errors”. We stayed 4 nights and had one thing after another go wrong. Day of check in—elevator broken. Day 2 & 3 — no fresh towels or garbage emptied even though we requested it both days. Day 4 no water in the building. No internet service for 4 days. Some desk staff were pleasant, but many were cold and even rude. The facility needs many upgrades. It’s the worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in; avoid it.

Made this reservation weeks in advance and was told when we got there, at 7 PM on the day of the reservation, that they had given our room away because they tried to call me four times and I didn’t answer. Didn’t have any record that there was any phone calls or voice messages, I had been traveling to get there all day. My suspicion is that they just gave this room away to somebody that was willing to pay more because the “No kings” losers were in town.
The woman I spoke to was not helpful at all. She was just uncaring and aloof. She wasn’t interested in giving us another place to go to, just wanted to go smoke a cigarette or whatever the hell. Can’t believe they would give away a room that I had already prepaid for. What’s the big deal if I get there at seven or midnight?

Outdated rooms and dirty hallways..no wifi.. pool had stuff floating in it.. friendly and helpful staff though! Great breakfast

Wifi and televisions did not work during the whole stay. Breakfast was okay, milk did not taste fresh and fruit also was not the freshest. The apples were brown on the inside. Elevator was down for approximately 24 hours and 1 front desk girl was not very polite when I inquired about how much longer it would be down. Room was clean. Parking was easy access and plenty of space.

帮我们办理入住的夜班服务员肯定喝醉了。我们到的时候,他正在打私人电话,对酒店一窍不通。网络也坏了。我们在房间里的窗帘后面发现了之前客人留下的垃圾。早餐区很脏,桌子和台面都需要擦拭。机器里的果汁全是温的。酸奶也不凉等等。我们看到早餐服务员在另一个房间里边吃边聊,而不是在做她的本职工作。早班服务员态度很差,甚至到了粗鲁的地步。
酒店主要需要翻新,包括泳池。Wi-Fi断了,他们也不知道什么时候能恢复,所以我觉得管理层并没有急着解决这个问题。
