Recently stayed here for one night and had a great stay. Check-in was easy and efficient and staff was very helpful, particularly when I realized I had forgotten to pack toothpaste! Would recommend this hotel for anyone needing an affordable and convenient stay in Chattanooga.

The room was nice but the bathroom was dated. The lady at the front desk in the evening was warm and friendly, but the remainder of the staff did seem like they wanted to be there

The front desk staff were very friendly and asked questions to facilitate my stay. Breakfast was awesome, clean and stocked!
Rooms smelled good and service was friendly and immediately saw to my needs.

Rooms were clean and the sraff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk especially made me feel right at home for my one night stay. She had very good recommendations on where to go and what to eat. She also helped me with my parking issue!
