酒店回复: As discussed previously, we sincerely apologize for the bug that was found in the room and tried to make it right for you. I have no idea how the bug got there; we had a pest control company out after the fact and they did not find anything in that room our surrounding rooms. Again, we apologize for the issue and felt the appropriate compensation was issued.

One-night trip, solo. Great experience overall. Was able to get a late check-out as needed. Two hiccups: the call for dine-in took me to an automated message requesting "room status" that I could not resolve - front desk took my order. A microwave in the room would have been helpful.

The room was clean, the staffs were nice, and the bar was great. Nice location too.

The room was not impeccably clean as I found hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Since we were only staying for one night, I decided not to make an ordeal about it.

Food was good, the bed was comfortable, but can go for better pillows and had a lot within walking distance.

Lisa Chaney front office supervisor was an excellent host. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay in Chattanooga Tenn for our wedding anniversary. I recommend you stay at the Marriott Downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Ms Lisa Chaney.
