Me and husband enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly. Mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The location was perfect—just a few steps from the Convention Center, which made attending my event incredibly convenient. I highly recommend!

One-night trip, solo. Great experience overall. Was able to get a late check-out as needed. Two hiccups: the call for dine-in took me to an automated message requesting "room status" that I could not resolve - front desk took my order. A microwave in the room would have been helpful.

The room was not impeccably clean as I found hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Since we were only staying for one night, I decided not to make an ordeal about it.

所有楼层的自动售货机都无法使用。我和孩子们住的是连通房。我的房间很好，但他们的房间没有为新客人准备或装修好。他们不得不把我们转移到另一层楼，那里的房间已经准备好了，但我只能睡两张双人床，而不是特大号床。在路上花了 10 个小时后，我的孩子们选择在晚上睡觉前洗澡。他们的水很烫（没有冷水——冷水一侧也很热）。我的水也同样很烫，所以我选择等到早上看看水温是否有所改善。到了早上，水温恢复正常——冷热都有。作为不便的补偿，我们得到了一张 25 美元的换房餐券。坦率地说，我们觉得我们应该得到整个一晚住宿的补偿。这家万豪酒店没有达到预期！
