I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. While I understand that the property is currently undergoing renovations, I still expected the overall room experience to reflect the high standards associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, the accommodations I received did not align with those expectations.
Upon arrival, it was evident that the room had not been updated to a level consistent with Hilton’s typical design, comfort, and presentation. The space appeared dated, lacked modern finishes, and did not convey the sense of quality or refinement that guests anticipate when selecting a Hilton property. Even during renovation periods, guests generally expect a baseline level of consistency, cleanliness, and brand representation, none of which were adequately met during my stay.
I value the Hilton brand and the reputation it has built for reliability, professionalism, and elevated guest experience. However, this particular stay fell notably short of those standards. I hope this feedback will be reviewed to ensure that room assignments during active renovations remain in alignment with Hilton’s brand

The air unit was broken in the room we stayed in. And it was hot the whole night. I didn't make a big fuss because of the front desk person was really nice and she waived my accidental fee. But I still felt that we should've gotten half price on the room. Because you get your accidental fee back anyways. When I'm in that area again I won't be staying there again.

Our room's carpet very stained and unsightly. Moldings around room on bottom of walls dirty and coming off the wall in many places. Overall not clean enough for us. Beds ok but easy chair dated and worn.

The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation! The bathroom was nasty! Almost didn’t want to get in the shower due to the condition! Limited hot water. Bed was comfortable.

The two gentlemen that checked us in were so friendly, welcoming and efficient - and one had only been there 3 days. Danielle in the morning was equally as friendly - such a great staff. The hotel was clean and perfect for our need to sleep for the night.

We did not eat or drink there. The hotel is under construction and we didnt know that when we booked. Very loud other guests in the middle of the night but the manager took care of it.

Room was incredibly past due for updating. Shower floor was split up the sides in 4 places. Stained and dirty looking as well. Shower doors were almost inoperable. Face of vanity was deteriorated press board. Orange scum around base of sink handles. Breakfast area carpet in need of repair/replacement. Terribly worn and stretched with several large bubbled areas. We were told they were in the process of updating but had we known this in advance we would have chosen a different hotel.

I had a nice stay, clean and comfortable. Only issue was I booked this place because it had a pool and hot tub - but the hot tub was drained/not working.

Will not book here again. The mold in the bathroom was just the tip of the iceberg. All around dirty, and a lack of staff to provide service.
