This property is in a very clean and safe area. There are lots of eating options close by. The staff was super friendly. The room was nice and roomy.

The room itself was very comfortable. I had two issues. The first- I arrived shortly after the 3:00 check in time. My room was not ready when I arrived. The assistant at the front desk checked me in a said she would call when the room was ready but it shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes. At 3:40 I checked back in with the front desk. My room was now ready. I was given the 2 keys to the room neither worked. I had to go back to the desk where this problem was easily resolved. Second- on my second day there I was laying in bed when I heard what sounded like water bubbling in the bathroom. Upon investigation I found that the noise was coming from the shower drain. The noise lasted for a couple minutes and stopped. On my third night the same thing happened 2 times during the over night hours, waking me from sleep. Other wise my stay was fine.

Stayed for family trip. Very clean, bed was comfortable. If I have a complaint, bigger trash cans are needed. Or at least have them cleaned out daily.

The staff was so friendly and fun! The room was so comfortable and quiet we slept so soundly I woke up and forgot where I was! Lol The breakfast was delicious and everything was super clean! The housekeeping staff was also very sweet and always smiling! Everyone worked together together to keep the hotel looking good and running smoothly!

Just there for a quick overnight stay. The person who checked me in was so cheerful and kind. She informed me of all the amenities and gave me a bottle of water and cookie to take to my room. I don't have a single coplaint about my room. Will definitely check into staying here again if needed.

住了几次，面对着的就是城市主干道，但是酒店很深，不会受马路交通噪音影响，用餐这些开车也非常近，个别走路能到。 房间还是比较干净，也还算宽敞吧。
一切都很棒，干净整洁🙃
酒店不错，就是有点旧了。接待极其不友好，也不热情好客。在汉普顿已经习惯得更好了。
