Hot tub jets were out of service and so was the Wi-Fi the first few days of our stay. They got it going on the last day of our stay.

Breakfast was excellent and so was the staff in all areas of the hotel.

The 15th through the 17th was my birthday weekend and the only reason I booked at the courtyard Marriott collierville is because they had a Pool and jacuzzi but when we got there the jacuzzi was not working it was hot but there were no Jets if I had known this I would not have stayed there the room was fine the area was great but that kind of put a damper on my trip

The people at the desk were awesome. We were accidentally charged for an extra room and the gentleman and lady on the day and evening shift were so patient and helpful. Please give them a raise! The rooms were terrific as well.

It was amazing! So quiet and comfortable and everyone was so nice. Wish we had known that the pool was out, however they had a plan for that as well. It was a great experience!! Will stay here again

The first day they replaced our used towels and wash cloths but did not make up our bed or clean our room.

The pillows were terrible--too big! Asked if they had smaller ones--apparently not.

Food at breakfast was not replenished--last morning no juice or yogurt--just water. Had to constantly ask for coffee pots to be refilled. No attendant.

Old style ac unit would not keep the room at a constant temperature. Huge stain on ceiling from water leak along with 2 areas that had been patched. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Odor from spray bothered allergies. 1 elevator out of order.

I had specifically chosen this property for my birthday weekend because it showed on their site that it had an indoor jacuzzi and breakfast. Jacuzzi was drained empty and broken. Never saw any breakfast. Staff was consistently unhelpful. consistently unfriendly. Overall, consistently unimpressed by the whole experience.
