There were bugs in my first room, the sink was broken in my second room. Then they didn’t freshen my room for 3 days. I asked to have it cleaned and get extra towels. They only made the bed. I didn’t get new disposable coffee cups and I didn’t get new clean glasses or extra towels. I had to complain about something every day. They said they didn’t have staff. And I wasn’t offered compensation.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. So much so that my sister-in-law wants to buy a mattress from Marriott! Breakfast was excellent! Only complaint is that the toilet is very low, making it a little difficult for tall or elderly guests. And that is easily remedied. I highly recommend this hotel!

Tired and Tired.
The bathtub was filthy. I didn’t have the time/energy to complain. I just used the sink and won’t return. Nice staff. But the rooms need some tlc. In short - I was tired and the hotel is tired. Reno neeed.

Great overnight stay! Reasonable price, convenient to rt 84 but still quiet. The room was very clean & spacious. Comfortable beds.

Happy with stay but when needing to book a room for return trip, front desk directed me to their call center. Appreciated complimentary breakfast

Room nice service non-existent
We stayed at the hotel for five nights. And check-in we were informed the room will be cleaned every other day. We checked in on Thursday, by Saturday I checked with the front desk about Cleaning. They assured me Cleaning will be done that day however it wasn’t. By Sunday still not cleaned trash not taken out. The front desk was very kind. I don’t know. Maybe they were understaffed we picked up towels ourselves from the cart, but our bed was only made one time and a five nights stay, and our trash was was taken out only once.
房间很好！适合两大两小！签附近滑雪场也方便！不错的选择！下次短期滑雪，还会来！工作人员也都很好！早餐管饱！一次不错的体验。
