All of the above. Waited 15 minutes just to check in after a 7 hr drive. The lobby had a bad odor and the room even worse. My 85 yr old mother and I had to clean things in the room and spray cologn just to make it tolerable. Very disappointing when always in the past Hampton stays were very pleasant.

Good stay. Staff was nice. Let us check in a little early. I was under the weather, so that was nice. Beds are always good at Hampton.

Check in was really speedy, bed was comfortable. Used washcloth in shower, no shampoo in dispenser, door lock was wonky.

Great room; last minute booking and so happy with it. Nice people. Extra effort to get us ice water before we got back on the road.

Parking was fine. Had reservation. Check in was SLOW. Long line. Had to wait a long time. Room was ok. Shower was questionably clean. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t buy a snack because of long registration line when went back to front desk about an hour later. One guy working. Not friendly.

Evidently the cleaning staff didn’t show up for work the day before and the day of our stay, but when you have orange slimy gunk in between the the tiles on the shower walls where it should be white and black mold there as well, it makes you wonder how long it’s been since someone really cleaned the shower. The beds were clean thank heavens.

When we got to the hotel, our room was not ready we had to wait another hour. They tried to change my room type but i couldn't do it because it had a tub. They gave me a room that i did not pay for, just having yo wait made it the worst experience. The front counter lady was a little rude to begin with. We ended up in the wrong room anyways but they need more staff for this hotel.

Room was okay, but out of shampoo and conditioner is unacceptable. Breakfast was average, nothing special.
