We’re enjoying this brand of Marriott but it seems this property rents “tired” rooms which show their age. Bathroom sinks that won’t drain to cracked floor tiles and hallway carpeting long past its prime. We used the stairs and really noticed a lack of maintenance with the treads worn and once reaching the main floor, the overhead fire main system hadn’t seen a dust broom in who knows how long,
Staff was courteous but when asked to add our Marriott Bonvoy member number, ??, we got a boilerplate rote answer that said “no” after the speel.

The room for the most part was clean. Thier was a couple piles of hair in the closet. I stayed in room 203 it smelled of ramen strongly which is to be expected in rooms with a kitchenette.the staff was all super freindly the breakfast was delicious dj went above and beyond

Room was so beyond dusty! The headboard had dust all over it and the couch and light fixtures! The headboard had so much dust I had to wipe it off before I could go to sleep it was filthy , I felt like dust was getting in my mouth the whole time I was laying down. I truly would like a refund honestly. The staff were nice. And the hotel it’s self was nice. But the cleanliness was not good at all!

Room was excellent! Staff was superb! I left my purse in the room when we checked out and when I realized it, I called to inquire and the front desk lady went to check in the room herself. When it was found, they locked it up until I was able to return and pick it up. They were so kind and so honest. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot and very good. Over all it was a good stay. My only complaint would be the bed was not that comfortable and the place needs to be renovated as far as new carpet and fresh paint, but over all it was a good place to stay.

We unfolded the bed and there was no sheet or matress covers. Large stains on the matress. Something on the fridge handle. We were in the room less tgen 5 minutes and refund was denied. I would nevee book this brand of hotel again.
