我住了一晚,一切都很棒!
有点旧,房间很大。早餐还可以。
我们去那里参加我哥哥的婚礼,提前几个月就预订了一间套房,结果到了之后才发现预订被取消了。我们在前台站了很久,我82岁的老母亲担心我们没地方住,焦虑得要命。最后我们终于拿到一间房间,但房间脏得一塌糊涂,破败不堪。地毯破了,有的磨损脱落,家具污渍斑斑,橱柜里堆满了脏碗碟,厨房的抽屉拉出来都散架了,窗户脏兮兮的,窗帘耷拉着,根本关不上。这是我们住过的最脏的房间。早上七点就开始有人砰砰地关门,吵得我们房间门外的储藏室和房间都乱晃。如果这是我的信用卡,我肯定会立刻停止付款。
糟糕透顶的酒店!虚假宣传!!所有旅游网站上的照片都是假的,又旧又脏又破,真不知道我该怎么熬过这两晚。目前唯一值得庆幸的是,前台那位先生还算客气!千万别订这家酒店!太让人失望了!!
我们喜欢我们位于*******的酒店,我预订了*******,比我们到达的时间提前了几天。我修改了预订,缩短了一天。显然*******和酒店没有沟通,我被收取了额外一天的费用,并被告知我取消得太晚,违反了取消政策。生活还要继续,但我不会再通过*******预订酒店,我会直接通过酒店预订。
我预订了一晚,前台很专业,帮我办理了入住。房间还行,我去洗澡——可惜没有提供沐浴露和房间里的润肤露。我下楼去了前台,他们派人过来送我所需用品。我很失望,洗漱用品竟然没有检查,浴帘看起来破破烂烂的,我知道这是磨损造成的……他们可以做得更好,尤其是客房清洁人员。
我以前住过这家酒店,体验很好,但这次不太好。
有些员工很棒——白班的女服务员。
晚上的那个男服务员太糟糕了。倒数第二天跟他说了厕所有问题,结果没人来修。最后一天早上马桶溢水了。
咖啡机坏了,他告诉我他无能为力。非常令人失望。
接待员很棒,她帮我提前入住,没有任何问题。
我去吃晚饭,回到房间时,浴室里的水已经流到卧室了。我的财物没有损坏。他们没有其他房间,也没有维修人员在现场。
