Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Close to mall and places to eat. The hotel is getting a renovation so construction workers were there at 8:00 am. Otherwise, rating across the board, would have been excellent! Will stay there again.

We checked in and left after 2 hours! The room had a terrible smell. I would never stay here again and this hotel did not seem like a Double Tree! Very poor quality! My husband did not have hot water for his shower! We were there for a wedding and after wedding we drove home due to condition of room, smell and cold water showers!!

The room was quite clean but very cramped. I felt claustrophobic in it. The bathroom was excellent with lots of space and clean towels. Doesn’t anyone believe in towel bars anymore? They would have been helpful.

The room and hotel were a bit shabby. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, worn spots were evident in the room, the elevator floors were worn out, one of the dollies had a flat tire, etc.

The desk staff were not very helpful.

Loved the restaurant but breakfast was understaffed all three days and staff were scurrying around to replenish plates and flatware. The food was excellent.

Amazing place!

Staff was AMAZING! Room was clean. Pool was beautiful. I will definitely return. Can't wait to return. The warm cookies are a plus. They take allergies serious.

Bunch of people in parking lot drinking till 2am security wouldn’t go out and put a stop to it. Our A/C in room leaked water and soaked luggage had to Go find a laundry room and wash clothes and dry

I have stayed at this location on and off for 30 years. Way before doubletree. The location is excellent, right beside the mall. I guess my only complaint is the price of the room. It was higher than other motels in the area. I went ahead and chose it because of my familiarity with the property.
