I had fun at Hilton Hotel Mystic, Connecticut the best Christmas vacation. I love so much. My sister and niece and nephew enjoyed it too and merry Christmas and happy holidays.

My stay at the Hilton in Mystic, Connecticut was horrible from the very first day until the very end.
On the first night, there was extremely loud noise coming from every direction—guests playing music at full blast, people screaming, and doors constantly being slammed. I contacted the front desk to complain, but I was completely ignored the first time. After that, they stopped answering calls from the phone inside the room, forcing me to call from my personal phone.
Heather eventually answered and was helpful enough to move us to a different room, which I appreciated. However, the noise issues continued throughout the rest of my stay. Early mornings and late nights were filled with screaming children and loud adults, along with nonstop door slamming. The noise level was so bad that other guests had to step out of their rooms to complain as well, yet nothing was properly resolved. This continued for the entirety of our stay.
To make matters worse, the room itself was not very clean, which added to the overall disappointment. Between the constant noise, lack of effective response from the front desk, and cleanliness issues, the customer service and overall experience fell far below expectations.
I am extremely disappointed with this stay and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The room was spotless and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous!! The service was also top notch along with the waiters in the restaurant. We would definitely spend another Christmas at this location!! Mystic was absolutely magical!

这个酒店离圣诞小镇olde mystic village近在咫尺。很适合去看圣诞灯火。离著名的mystic 水族馆也是仅隔一条马路,去参观非常方便。他们酒店的泳池很好,室内加热的,不冷,很适合小孩子玩水。酒店的餐厅也不错,short rib sandwitch性价比很好,吃起来跟陕西肉夹馍似的😄
在这家酒店住得很愉快,它就在水族馆和附近一个特色小镇的对面。强烈推荐去市中心一家叫Sift的烘焙店尝尝。
房间可以再好一些!

挺好的酒店,在从波士顿到纽约的路上找了这个地方住一晚,没想到Mystic小镇上还有不少好玩的地方。博物馆也挺多的。
房间干净,员工友善。不过不提供早餐。
我们没有吃早餐,但是有咖啡供应。
