I do want to mention that check-in begins at 3 PM, and while we do our best to accommodate early arrivals when possible, on high-occupancy days it can take additional time to prepare rooms for incoming guests. We regret that this added stress to your day.We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing improvement projects, including the parking lot and entryway updates. While these efforts are intended to enhance the property for all guests, we understand the timing was not ideal.Regarding the pool, our standard hours are 9 AM to 9 PM to allow for daily maintenance and cleaning. We appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration during future reviews of our amenity hours.I’m especially sorry to hear about the disturbances from housekeeping and the early knock on your door. 去耶鲁路上住的 高速口下去一点 旁边有一个特别有意思的小城市!房间有点老旧 但很干净 床品特别舒服尤其枕头。早餐比其他酒店稍好。
住得太棒了。前台和员工都非常出色。
泳池很漂亮。

前台服务很棒。房间很干净,但整体维护较差。大堂瓷砖破损,淋浴间顶部角落的围边脱落。遮光帘不在轨道上,边缘也磨损了。
早餐不太好,其它都可以
房间设施简陋,浴室设计不合理,关键是前台服务员态度极其恶劣,从来没有遇到过这么粗鲁的人

入住和退房的工作人员都非常友好。其他客人就没那么友好了,他们整晚都很吵闹,而且总是评头论足(我们来城里是为了参加Connecticon,客人的眼神和笑声有点太多了)。至于早餐,咖啡机坏了,煎饼机也坏了,他们只提供一滴杏仁奶,后面没有了,而且那里人很多,很难找到你需要的东西。
浪费了650美元
开车15个小时才到房间,花了2个小时。我和姐姐来参加曾祖父的葬礼。我们不得不把车开到路边,好让他们粉刷停车场。游泳池9点关门,而大多数地方通常都是10点或11点。整个入住期间,客房服务人员的声音都很吵,我经常被吵醒。后来,客房服务人员敲门告诉我们10:30退房,当时我们正准备参加葬礼。我上次查的时候,我们只能到11点退房。离开的时候,他们正在粉刷入口,铺新瓷砖。
