Very nice and responsive staff. The restaurants available for room service are excellent. They did put me in the wrong type of room (had paid for one and they put me in the lower tier/ less expensive option) but they were incredibly prompt with handling. Overall pleased.

Sheets were smaller than mattress and got rolled off . Ciffee maker was in the bathroom !!!

I stayed here one night before staying at a different hotel for an event, and of the two, this hotel was higher quality, with better attention to detail, better customer service, and overall felt like it really had the guests in mind at every step of the way.

Good room no free parking. No free continental breakfast. You can take your car any number of times from their in-house garage.

Very nice, clean, friendly hotel and staff. It was a little loud Friday night bc of restaurants across street even from 8th floor. Floor/rooms were renovated nicely not too long ago, a nice plus.

我为儿子的毕业典礼预订了两间房间。我要求两间相邻的房间。前一天晚上我收到一封邮件，说我们无法在酒店停车，必须支付酒店外的停车费。而且，我们的房间竟然在酒店楼层的两端，而且事先没有通知我！
房间里只有两条毛巾和三个枕头，不太好
