The Hampton Inn at Knoxville/North I-75 was very comfortable and inviting. Our room was spacious, clean and roomy. The breakfast was great and had a good variety of options. The staff was welcoming and thanked us for our visit.

This is the most customer focused Hampton I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in hundreds of them through the years. Everything in the hotel is focused on providing excellent service. I will stay here every time I travel anywhere near that area or through again.

This was the best place we’ve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “Welcome, Shannon” displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.

The traffic is just a daily occurrence that happens. 3 lanes of vehicles are trying to squish onto a 1 lane ramp. I wish it could be smoother too. Still thank you for mentioning those kind words. AC broke
After a long 9 hr drive and moving my son into his new apartment I was looking forward to a nice restful evening. The night started great a chilly 68 degrees. At 1:30 am I heard the ac turn off and the thermostat started making a repeating clicking noise. The ac never turned on again and the thermostat noise was very annoying. I didn’t call the front desk to report because I was too tired and didn’t want to be disturbed. I did tell the front desk when I checked out. Otherwise a great hotel when visiting Knoxville

I have double checked that maintenance had been informed when you checked out (they were) and we seem to have it fixed.
