This breakfast is free at any other hotel and should be free, not like it is a fresh made breakfast 🍳, just the normal breakfast at all other places but they charge you for it?

We have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last couple of years and it has always been a very nice stay. The customer service all the way to the breakfast buffet is always top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay.

酒店房间很舒适，设施一应俱全，整洁有序。
他们当时正在举办会议，根本没地方停车。好不容易找到一个离酒店很远的停车位，结果到了房间门口，房卡却打不开门。他们又送了一张新的房卡，还是打不开。最后，我们第三次才终于进了房间。吃饭的地方很少，他们的咖啡厅也关门了。他们居然还要收我们26美元的自助早餐费，这又不是免费的！他们先收了我们25美元，三天后又把钱退回到了我们的卡里。真是糟糕透了，以后再也不会来了。
我们办理入住时，工作人员很忙。这并非他们的错，只是人手不足，无法应对入住的客人。之所以给“差评”，是因为走廊里噪音太大，还有一位客人大声辱骂（可能是对着手机）。墙壁薄得像纸一样。下次来这附近，我会选择其他酒店。
我通过*******预订后，在距离酒店还有5分钟路程时接到电话，说假日酒店取消了我的预订，因为他们已经客满了，没有房间了。
住在一楼，感觉像住在地下室。窗外是一堵灌木丛，天花板上有好几处水渍，都是楼上房间漏水造成的。以后不会再住了。
他们重复收费了，房间是通过 Lynn Bennett 预订的，用的是她的信用卡，然后他们又以杂项费用的名义向我索要了 166.65 美元。
