Great experience. The room and hotel were just as advertised. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We were only here for 2 nights, I am knocking one star off because the room was humid no natter what the temp was at and while one bed was comfy the other bed was hard and not comfortable (had two queens) the pull out sofa wasnt good either our son ended up just sharing a bed with his sister instead, plus the sofa bed it in a completely different room, based off pictures it looked like it was next to the beds. Otherwise decent stay.

Staff were great. Restaurant was nice. Room was clean. But it was very noisy between the refrigerator and air conditioner making all kinds of noise and the people screaming and dogs barking.

办理入住时工作人员很友好。我预订的是一楼的房间，因为我丈夫是退伍军人，有背部问题，但酒店却给了我五楼的房间。因为有电梯，所以我没有抱怨。走到房间门口的走廊上，所有的门都沾满了污渍，而且有凹痕。房间虽然干净，但是沙发椅上、床单上以及淋浴间瓷砖与地面交接处的填缝处都沾满了污渍。浴室的墙纸破损了，马桶把手也总是卡住。迷你冰箱上方的水槽因为松动而歪斜。床硬得像地板一样。酒店各处的椅子上也到处都是污渍。房间虽然干净，但到处都是污渍和破损的东西，感觉就像个蟑螂窝，真是太可惜了。我最多只能住一晚。我觉得这家酒店曾经很漂亮，可惜现在已经不是那样了。
他们重复收费了，房间是通过 Lynn Bennett 预订的，用的是她的信用卡，然后他们又以杂项费用的名义向我索要了 166.65 美元。
一共看了三个房间才找到一个干净的。第一个房间的床上有大片污渍。第二个房间的床单和床上都有头发。
