Unfortunately, even though you booked a room with five guests, you did not book an extended double room online, which has a sofa bed, you booked a double room. Upon Arrival, since it was a sold-out weekend due to the football game, we only had the room that you booked available.

Great hotel, very clean, nice room.
Check in was super fast and easy. I started check-in online which sped things up. Hotel was nice, very clean. Would definitely recommend.
