We stayed here overnight while in the area for a band competition. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast options were great! Our kids loved the pancake maker. This property could use a bit of an update. It isn’t dirty just could use a refresh.

Nice, clean rooms
The staff was friendly. The room was big and well maintained. It was quiet when I visited. If I went to Alice again, I would stay here.

We stay here every year - it is the half way point coming home from Florida. I was pleasantly surprised to find the facility is much nicer looking and now non smoking! There were lots of small upgrades that just elevate the stay. The breakfast is always amazing, and the primary reason we keep coming back.

refused to be given enough towels
4 of us stayed in the room, which we paid for 4 people. I was given only 3 towels and when I requested another i was told that was not possible unless I brought a dirty one down to exchange. When I stated that there were 4 of us and I paid for 4 people to stay there. The woman at the front desk told me would not be given another towel unless a dirty one was exchanged or she would be fired. We had to shower and bring a dirty towel to the front desk before another would be given so the next person could shower. Stay somewhere else this place was a joke.
