It was very quiet! But When we entered our room it was very humid and warm. I turned it down to the lowest temperature on cool but it kept blowing warm air. The temperature stayed at 78 all night. There was a bad smell of sweat in the bathroom that we could not tell where it was coming from. Also, the sheets on my bed did not look clean, I noticed some yellow spots.

Bathroom had one towel, empty shampoo and body wash & writing on the mirror. They blocked out rooms for a softball tournament, wedding and hockey tournament in the same weekend so everything was crowded, staff were over worked, ice makers were always empty etc.

A couple minor issues but overall an A.

When I arrived in my room, I found that the maid had not removed the takeout from the refrigerator of the last guest. Also, the toilet seat was very loose, and someone could easily fallen on the floor. I was hungry so I went down to the front desk and let them know, then i had dinner in the hotel restaurant. When I went back to my room about 45 min later, everything was taken care of. Great service.

Room was not clean upon my check-in. They ended up checking someone else in my room so I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to get me a new room. Staff was complaining about being tired and ready to go home in front of customers which was unprofessional.

Heavily disappointed in the breakfast. Was the typical fair you’d find at any other hotel but we were unaware it was ~$20 per person until after we had food on our plates as no staff were in sight and postage of said information was lacking.

When we arrived, we had to ask for new sheets because the sheets were dirty. Upon check out, were rushed out of our room before 12pm. Maintenance constantly knocked at our door at 8am, 9am and 10am when check out was at 12pm. I feel very slighted by this hotel.
