Place was fine, but could use some updating. A lot of visible wear and tear and things like the tub/toilet were beat up. Remote was broken and dirty. Conveniently located but overpriced.

We liked the updated rooms. The elevator near the lobby was not working. There was a second elevator at the rear of the building.
Breakfast was good! Very friendly staff.

Well, the bathtub was horrible. The showerhead didn’t work and you couldn’t soak in the bathtub because the stopper didn’t work in the water wouldn’t come out for that. There was no microwave in the room they were supposed to bring one up never did.

Germantown很近，小镇上宁静安逸，适合出差短暂停留
隔壁马路有Target，Panda Express
自驾岔路比较多，不小心就上高速
美式早餐不多说，相对Nice
我很喜欢这个地方，房间还不错。入住手续办理得有点让人失望。我和最初办理入住的工作人员沟通不友好，质量很差。这是我第一次入住这家酒店，她根本没帮什么忙。她甚至没指点我房间的方向，也没解释过大门是怎么开的。
我们根本没想过要拿停车罚单才能进停车场，也没想过要花10美元停车费，尤其这地方又不在市中心。
我们安顿好房间后，电视却无法正常使用。我们打电话给前台，说维修人员会来修，但一直没人来。两张床之间的灯也打不亮，那里的插座好像也坏了。
除此之外，房间很干净，设施齐全，用餐区也很不错。
床垫塌陷了，应该换掉。我住了五天，一直没享受到清洁服务。我周四入住，周日才投诉，说只有湿毛巾，垃圾桶也堆满了。毛巾换了，垃圾桶也清空了，其他什么都没做！服务太差了。
