总体来说，这家汉普顿酒店的品质非常差。员工态度不错，但建筑很老旧，旁边的停车场也很破旧，电梯坏了，乞讨的人很多，而且离烦人的流浪汉、混混和醉汉太近了。今天我步行去了联邦快递，然后去了邮局，最后回到汉普顿酒店（总共三个街区），一个骑自行车的老人跟着我五分钟，因为我拒绝给他钱，他就对我破口大骂。虽然这片区域警力充足，但如果你离开比尔街的主要三个街区，就会看到醉汉纠缠着别人要酒。这对善良勤劳的当地居民来说真是太令人难过了。👎

汉普顿酒店的早餐还不错，除了肉汁。那根本不是香肠肉汁，而是一种灰色的汤。饼干很棒，值班的服务员也很好。

Hotel seems dated and cheap. They tell you it’s loud.but that’s not that bad. Half of the staff are unprofessional. Give you the impression you’re bothering them.

When we arrived, the room reservation was not found. Finally, the front desk found it and assigned a room. However, it was not a suite, which is what I paid for…so the front desk assigned 2 rooms that are joined with a door.

The rooms are spotless. The staff is always friendly, helpful; just a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect, around the corner from Beale St. and a short walk to the river. We stay here every time we come to Memphis.

Great location! One block from Beale St and all of the sights and sounds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The common areas were clean and well kept. Our room was not cleaned daily and only partially cleaned one day, but not a big deal. Solid place, friendly folks and a great location!
