Since the hotel is located on Beale Street, they acknowledged that it might get loud so they provided ear plugs to help you sleep at night, which I thought was great

Spent 3 nights in king suite which has 2 king beds and a kitchen, No cleaning was provided for any day, not many options for breakfast , towels are smelly , Very expensive when compared to other hotels of similar space and style, Additional parking charges which has crowded parking

Front desk was soooo nice and attentive. Perfect location - in the center of everything in downtown Memphis. Adjacent to Beale street. Room was clean and modern. Loved our stay

Our stay was great. Ashley was a wonderful employee. She made our complimentary breakfast 10 times better. We really enjoyed time at this establishment.

Nice staff! Comfortable rooms. It was a pretty mellow night on Beale Street during our stay so we actually got a good night sleep! However the rooms do provide ear plugs for when there is a lot going on.

Room was especially clean and large. The bed was comfortable. I booked a handicap accessible room because during booking I thought I was getting a balcony room. Unfortunately it was not, and had a view of the alley. Air conditioning was not cooling, but maintenance came up quickly and fixed it. Staff was efficient and the check in and check out process was quick. The tv was mounted in such a way if was not easily visible from the bed. An adjustable bracket would have easily alleviated this issue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Hampton Inn on Beale is one of the best locations for easy access to Beale Street.

We had three rooms with kitchenettes and balconies. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast in the morning hit the spot. A little bit of everything to choose from!!

Hotel seems dated and cheap. They tell you it’s loud.but that’s not that bad. Half of the staff are unprofessional. Give you the impression you’re bothering them.

汉普顿酒店的早餐还不错，除了肉汁。那根本不是香肠肉汁，而是一种灰色的汤。饼干很棒，值班的服务员也很好。
酒店非常好，位置优越，房间景色优美，停车安全等等。不足之处是房间清洁做得不好，尤其对于这种级别的酒店来说。
