The air conditioning was broken. And the food there was pre cooked could have had a better food selection. But the pool and hot tub was good. And the room was clean and comfortable. The customer service there was amazing and so was the tv as well.

Excellent location, near many restaurants, etc, but tucked nicely off the main road. Lovely grounds. I wish breakfast was included in the price. We were in town for a wedding, it was a quick drive to the venue and the sites of the area.

The hotel room was clean but the patio was not cleaned. The furniture was dirty covered in cobwebs. The hotel pool was not heated and the hot tub was out of service. We requested a pack n play for our 6 month old, which they did provide but it was very old and had lots of holes in the net. No sheets for the crib or pull out couch. Everything else was great and the customer service was top notch.

我预订了两间特大床房，结果却被安排到两间各配备两张大床的房间。这很尴尬，因为我和丈夫住一间，我婆婆住另一间。此外，如果特大床房和双人房之间存在价格差异，酒店也没有告知我们。我觉得我们付了钱，却住到了性价比不高的房间。前台告诉我们，根据预订记录，我们的房间是“前一天”才预订的。然而，房间实际上是提前一周左右就预订好的。酒店完全没有必要把我们安排到我们预订的房型以外的房间。泳池区域很脏，热水浴缸的水温也低得可怜。浴室墙壁黏糊糊的。我们房间的排水装置在我们入住前被拆卸过，而且维修人员也没有重新安装。酒店似乎人手不足。
服务态度差，设备破损，无障碍设施也不完善，总之一无是处。
