The receptionist for the check in was unfriendly. Have bottles of water behind him and didn't offer one (while this is the policy on every Hampton Inn). When asked for places to visit, handed a booklet and didn't explain anything. Very uncourteous. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. Housekeeping services were great. The breakfast area had a fruit salad that saw its best days at least three days ago. Not up to the standard for this chain hotel. I do not know if it's a management issue or what. I will need to return to the area again for work, and the most likely result will be that I will choose another hotel.

Easy check in, clean room, free breakfast with hot and cold item. Perfect stay if going to the I think amphitheater.

Very comfortable beds and large space in the room. When we had an issue with some noise we got moved to another room right away and with no issues.

Room was clean but the gentleman working breakfast sunday morning did not clean tables or where food was it was a mess

The pool water turned some parts of my child’s hair green due to having probably too much chlorine.

Mostly good. Only negatives were minor: refrigerator compressor noisy, shower head only worked properly, on one os five settings, had to ask for soap dispenser in shower to be filled and no orange juice on first day of three-day stay.

i was awake at 0230 am , 2 guys enter my room with Bear on their hands, thanks god it was Bear.
i talk at the morning with conserge and they were very sorry for the mistake, they gave a wrong key to this guys, i was with my wife and felt very very insecure.
today you do not have this kind of mistakes. i will wait for a writen apologize from the hotel.

一切都很棒，但是早餐时，包括为我们服务的女孩在内，她的态度非常糟糕，很多人没有吃早餐，因为她告诉我们没有鸡蛋等东西，因为当时是早上 9:30，而早餐在早上 10 点结束。
