The facilities were nice and clean, and our room was perfect. The staff were helpful and kind, and we especially appreciated the kitchen staff. The breakfast was good, warm, and had a good selection. Parking was tight, and it felt a little unsafe. It was also difficult to find a place to eat.

Room was nice. Staff was very nice. Room did not have a blow dryer, but staff apologized and gave us one.

I booked two rooms one of them the bed was messed up and smelled like smoke. We did not stay we cancelled and left immediately.

The breakfast staff member Zee was too mother hen like. Became belittling at times in her professional like sarcasm. Outside of herself, i would rate the staff to be excellent. That one extremely negative reaction ruined the overall rating. As long as she works there, i will never return and will encourage others not to stay as well.

Back door to hotel was always open as it was broken- did not need key card to open. Mold on shower curtain.

Older place but clean. Most of the staff nice but one staff member refused to provide a receipt snd another was going to email final receipt and never did. Area isn’t safe at dark. Was there only for business but wouldn’t recommend it.

The property was safe . The area was quiet inside the hotel but was really noisy outside due to the frequent arrivals and departures of the helicopters and fire and police sirens .
不错感觉这个是不错的一次体验，那边的安全原来说挺不好的，去入住体验了还很不错的，而且我们是反复入住了二次
