The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

Clean, friendly and conveniently located. Air conditioning was a little loud when it kicked on and off (I'm a light sleeper). Sheets were incredibly thin!

The front desk service was excellent, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous and made us feel right at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Clermont area
