Clean, friendly and conveniently located. Air conditioning was a little loud when it kicked on and off (I'm a light sleeper). Sheets were incredibly thin!

The front desk service was excellent, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous and made us feel right at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Clermont area

Clean hotel, friendly staff and cute downtown area
A very cute downtown area near the lake had several shops open, even on Sunday morning. There was a small farmers market and we grabbed a Greta brunch at Pepe’s. The night shift hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessities. We will stay here again if we return to the area

This location is the closest IHG location to the FDC institution that i needed to visit. It’s in a convenient location near food and shopping.

Great hotel but could use a little more space in handicap room, (room 215) person who is non ambulatory had some difficulty moving around in the wheelchair within the room and turning around was difficult

The staff are amazing. They go above and beyond. I will stay here again. Close to shops and restaurants. The room smelled like it was older. Probably could use some new carpets and curtains. Overall it is a great place to rest your head
