设施：设施完善，该有的都有，爱丁堡很小，出门也不需要做交通，去哪里都很方便
卫生：卫生也挺好的，很干净
环境：环境还可以
服务：态度很好
离爱丁堡城堡很近，大概几百米；出酒店门右转再右转大概100米就有好几家商店，期中有个叫polland的买水超便宜。酒店的早餐可以单点，很喜欢煎鸡蛋饼～非常值得推荐

房间不错，卫生很好，尤其是早餐很棒，可以单点，还可以专为素食者做早餐，在市中心的位置很好去哪里都方便
不错，这是再英国住过体验最好的！走路就可以到很多景点！有种住进城堡的感觉！以为是1.3米的双床！没想到是1.5米的双床！很适合带两娃！早餐简单但很喜欢！至少对于中餐的胃来说，还能吃点！
可以找前台要拖鞋！对了，没电梯需要搬运行李🧳
酒店位置很无敌，出入很方便，酒店整洁，安静，服务人员也很专业
酒店位于爱丁堡市中心，地理位置优越，非常适合商务旅客。早餐很棒，还可以欣赏到爱丁堡城堡的美景。
前台态度很好，赠送了小饼干还主动升级为城景房。
城景房很大，设施不错。
酒店早餐比较简单。
与其说是四星级酒店，不如说更像三星级。房间大小一般，卫生间特别小。洗完澡水溅得到处都是。我们住的房间里所有东西都旧了，需要维护。我们是周五晚上入住的，半夜过后还能听到嘈杂的音乐。
