Shower water pressure was terrible. Could barely get wet. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion, all out of reach! Why place those so high? The staff was great. The room was clean and it was pet friendly. We do appreciate that.

No laundry machines on site, pool was not working, have to be out of the room by 7 am to get room service, water is very chlorinated (had to get bottled water for drinking), mini fridge did not work (neither did the replacement), no vent in the bathroom causing the whole room to become very humid and full of bathroom smell, one could get stuck in the bathroom when the bathroom door was closed all the way as it came off rails and would not open, hair conditioner was not refilled, coffee and hot water dispensers in the lobby were cold by noon (thankfully a Dunkin shop is within walking distance).A frequent Hampton Inn guest, will find this location to be well below an average Hampton Inn level of service

The room had a semi broken window ac and it was smelling moldy and dirty. Room was clean and beds super comfortable.

Hotel was a bit dated. Our room had mold and the hallways smelled like old bad food.
