I had a difficult day of driving with many accidents, ambulances, police and fire trucks along the way. We arrived at the Holiday Inn Woodbridge just before 12:15am. Unfortunately, they had cancelled our reservation because we didn’t arrive before midnight. I asked the staff member if there was anything he could do for us and he said "No, unless you want to pay for another room". I explained our situation and he said to take it up with *******. I called ******* and talked to an agent who offered to call the hotel. The hotel worker also told the ******* agent that the only way to get a room would be to pay again. The ******* agent said I would need to figure it out with the hotel and ended our call while i was attempting to ask him a question. I then called the Holiday Inn Customer service line. They told me that i would need to work it out with ******* since that is where I booked. Interestingly, they called the hortel as well. He told them he tried calling us multiple times before cancelling the booking but we didn't answer. This was entirely dishonest. I had no missed calls. By this time it was past 1am and my daughter wasn't feeling well. I was so upset but I couldn't justify spending more of my money at this hotel so we drove down the road and checked in elsewhere. I registered a complaint with IHG customer service and they did respond with an apology and a refund a few days later.

The beds were horrible. My husband got cut on the medal pieces that are latched on to the best around the boxsprings.

The room was clean, no bag in trash cans. Staff was friendly. The pool area was a disappointer. The smell of chlorine was extremely strong to the point that it would burn your eyes after 5 minute of being in that area

我预订的房间和酒店实际给我的房间不一样。床很不舒服，躺下时吱吱作响。早餐还不错👍，但是水煮蛋好像放了好几天，味道有点淡。我问大堂的女孩有没有出租车服务🚕，她说她不认识。酒店应该更注重客户服务，在客人有紧急需求时能够及时提供帮助。
房间比我预订的要大得多。
房间干净，早餐不错。
服务很棒，早餐也很好。
