The staff was friendly and helpful. But the cleanliness in the shower was not. There was mold in three corners and around the soap tray. The stopper in the tub was broken and on the side of the tub. There were crumbs under the remote by the TV. I expected better cleanliness at a Hilton Garden.

I always stay here when I visit my kids who go to college in Manchester. Always clean and staff is friendly. Cool patio bar over looking the baseball field when the wheather is right. Its convenient to just about anything you are looking to do, but it is also off the beaten path making it feel a little safer than other spots around. I would highly recommend!

We stayed here twice in the last week. At the beginning and end of our New England trip. Great hotel with lots of places to hang out on the first floor. Love having the ballpark off the patio. Great walking through the MillYard. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was welcoming, but the rooms were not clean. Our first room had hair and stains on the bedding. After switching rooms, our second room had used dental picks in the shower, garbage under the bed, and socks in the drawer. Obviously not much effort was put into cleaning. At breakfast, they were out of at least half the menu items. Overall not a good experience.

为了妻子早上5点就能到医院，我们第二次订了房间。酒店已经连续第二次被青少年运动队占用了。前台对无人看管的孩子和不守规矩的家长束手无策。我们那层楼的走廊上正在进行曲棍球比赛，大型犬在走廊里自由奔跑，完全无视与比赛无关的人。上次住在这里。
前台工作人员友好热情，但房间清洁度极差。床铺整理好了，但床单没换。床单上沾满了体毛和其他痕迹，足以证明这一点。客房服务人员不在，所以前台一位女士拿来床单，我们自己换了。整理床铺的时候，我发现床和床头柜之间有一堆指甲屑，地毯上似乎还有几处干呕的呕吐物。如果你住在426房间，一定要去看看，我敢肯定那些指甲屑和呕吐物肯定还在那里。我实在不想留下这么差的评价，因为前台的工作人员人都很好。可惜的是，清洁人员毁了这次入住体验。
