酒店就在公路旁边。很方便。属于赶路小憩的酒店🏨最后的4间被我们订完,但是在离店之后发现,多扣了费用。好在携程帮忙协调,顺利解决~老美真的很迷糊。所以一定要注意预授权信息之类的问题
酒店总体干净整洁
没有 WIFI 的商务旅行
我是钛金会员,我要求升级,他们却把我安排在一间很小的房间里。没有网络服务,前台却表现得好像这没什么大不了的。我不会再住在这家酒店或万豪旗下的任何其他酒店了。
我和丈夫度假时路过这里,在这里住了一晚。我们之所以选择这家酒店,是因为我们上周在得克萨斯州沃斯堡市中心住过这家连锁酒店。这可能是我们住过的最好、最漂亮的酒店。
酒店位置非常方便,可方便往返高速公路。酒店位于街道尽头的小山上,旁边还有另外两家不错的酒店和一栋漂亮的公寓大楼。开车 30 秒即可到达 Wingers 餐厅/酒吧,那里有美味的食物和饮料。加油站也在那里。
酒店房间内或前台都有您需要的一切。床很舒服(我们的背不好),枕头也很好。毛巾也很好。提供的洗发水/护发素也很好。浴室门后面有漂亮的落地镜。衣柜大小合适,有很多架子和挂篮。还有洗衣篮。还有一个大小合适的衣柜,里面有保险箱、几个挂衣钩以及熨斗/熨衣板。
早餐选择丰富。法式吐司、华夫饼、鸡蛋、麦片和酸奶。他们提供南瓜派、法式香草、榛子奶精以及杏仁奶。还有柠檬片水。燕麦片有几种口味,还有许多配料。
当我们入住时,Tree 迎接了我们,尽管我们从未见过她,但她似乎真的很高兴见到我们。她提供了很棒的餐饮选择。我忘了早上接待员的名字,但她也非常友好!
热水浴缸坏了,我敢肯定这不是我第一次遇到这种问题。
早餐很好,床很舒服,房间很宽敞。不过我想说的是价格相当高,而且我的房价从周日到周一晚上都在上涨,这似乎很奇怪。
这是个很棒的住处。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。我们住在一间两居室,非常适合我们。Wie 下次来埃尔科时一定会再住在这里。
我们路过小镇时住在两卧室套房。我们并没有期待太多,但套房又大又宽敞,这让我们很惊讶。工作人员也非常友好和乐于助人。我们肯定会推荐这家酒店,我们很乐意再次入住。
我在 12 月预订的第二天就取消了预订,酒店和 Orbitz 都没有退还我的钱。不要和 Orbitz 或这家酒店做生意!!!
房间里的暖气坏了。没有其他房间可用,所以他们给了我额外的毯子
糟糕的酒店体验
一进门,迎面扑来的是吱嘎作响的门、脏乱的房间和损坏的家具。床头灯、纸巾架和橱柜都坏了。行李车坏了,而且很脏。房间越看越觉得破败。卫生纸质量很差。房间里到处都是污渍。毛巾上也有一些污渍。这简直令人无法接受。墙壁很薄——更别提客户服务即使没有付出任何努力,也完全没有到位。完全没有达到万豪的期望。
