The room was amazing, staff was nice and helpful. I’d come back here for every visit to the Omaha area. Super convenient, restaurants across the streets as well as an arcade. Free parking in the garage, you just use your room key to go in & out.

Room was immaculately clean. The staff was awesome. Garrison on the night shift is one of the coolest people I've ever met. Kids are still talking about the breakfast hours later.

If you don’t want to sleep. Stay here. The traffic going by with loud exhaust all night is ridiculous. It’s ****** on sport bikes and cars cruising around. Plus people outside the building yelling.

Definitely disappointed. Staff were great but room-not so much. The floor clearly had not been cleaned, there was mold in the grout ( I allergic, thank God I had Zyrtec. The pillows were terrible. The went flat when you put your head on them. And the sheets had stains and were dingy. We will not be back.

Hotel was very nice and staff were very friendly. The hotel bed wasn't the comfiest but it's a hotel so you can't expect anything amazing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Beds and furniture were adequate. The breakfast was very good. There were freshly cooked options available, and the food was delivered to the guests promptly while still warm. Under normal circumstances, Location would’ve been good. As it was, there was road construction, all around the hotel, and it was very difficult, between one-way streets and the streets blocked by road construction to get to and from the hotel parking ramp. Overall, the hotel is showing its age and could use some new paint and some updates. We would stay there again if the road construction is completed and the streets reopened.
