The ac was extremely loud, but worked. There was supposed to be continental breakfast, but it was closed our 2nd day.staff was friendly bed was comfortable but matress was stained. Shower/tub was broken could not take a bath, Hallways were stuffy with no ac. Will choose another hotel for a return to Lincoln. Great location needs updating!

Toilet paper! Hospitality 101. Major mistake not providing at least on full roll. #2: miscommunication on how long breakfast would be available (only till 9:00 am), and this was on a SATURDAY! (note we arrived at 10:30 pm, dead tired, and likely was stated quickly).
#3: "but coffee available anytime. ya, sure, it was essentially hot water. #4) didn't notice the used pallets appearing to hold up a fence on the south side of the property until we left next morning. THAT poor attention to detail perfectly explains why the ownership is not taking care of the basics of basics. #5) and finally, it should be recognized that the beds are a little on the hard side. This in and of itself would not cause a poor rating, just calling it out as it is.

The place was okay for a quick overnight stay. I requested a king room that would sleep 3 but I got a king bed and a chair. My kid slept in the chair. There were no extra blankets for us to make a floor bed. Breakfast needed to have more protein options.

Nowhere on the website did it say that you had to be 21+ to check into your room. I went through the website, paid, and then couldn't check in because i'm 19. That would've been nice to know ahead of time, I had to scramble to find a different hotel

Breakfast was lacking. Only thing hot were the waffels that u made yourself. No bowels for the cereal. Very few choices.

The most unclean room I’ve ever been in. Stains on the bed and towel, **** on the floor, bathroom covered in hair and dirt, staff wasn’t helpful at all. Wouldn’t even issue a full refund.

I rented two rooms. In one room it took so much effort to use the shower diverter it pulled the faucet from the wall. In the other room the shower was unusable. Where the shower head attached, water shot across the room. All my kids had to shower in my room. There were areas of wall board missing next to the shower in both rooms. It looked terrible. I will not stay here again.

Great value and location....cycled down around campus and the capitol from there! lots nearby too. Staff was great!
