Room was fine. Loved the decor. Hotel was loud but probably because of the Husker football game. Good location.

There was no hot water for our shower in the morning. As a result, my wife did not wash her hair and I skipped the shower. Not what I would expect from this hotel. Chose the Graduate over Holiday Inn Express which is located next door. Went for the “vibe” and were very disappointed. Our room was on the 12th floor and we needed ice. The ice machine on our floor did not work. Tried 14th, 13th, and 11th - no luck. Turns out that the 11th has a sign ON THE ICE MACHINE indicating that ice is available on the SECOND FLOOR. Disappointed.

In town for a footbal game, room was ready as the team had just left. Very accommodating holding luggage and finding us a place to change clothes.

Room was good. We had a late check-in because the football team checked out late and our room wasn't ready, but the front desk staff held and handled our luggage very efficiently.

The check-in was our first clue that this place is a disaster. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time at 4pm. Sometimes you can check in early sometimes you can’t. Not only were we told we could not, we were told they might not have a room until after 8pm. 1:30 pm No. We followed up at 330-Not ready. Then again at 430…Nope. Now it’s 6pm surely we can check in??? Not a chance, but they call us. As they have been storing our luggage for now 5 hours. Did I get a phone call??? Nope! Checking in now at 11:30 PM and not a single apology. But wait for it… our room keys don’t work, which happens sometimes. They didn’t just get us a new pair…no we had to call security/maintenance to “Fix the door”. Because they obviously knew it was broken. Finally get into our room at 12:15 AM. I have more to complain about parking and elevators. Just do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel.

I wasn’t able to check in until 5:35pm. Room was fine but on a pet floor and my allergies kicked in.
I would like a partial credit for my stay and they said they would give me one but since I made the reservation through ******* I would have to deal with you. Please help me

第二次来这家酒店,和23年相比没有什么变化。服务态度挺好的,就是餐饮现在变得有点贵,建议大家可以去市中心吃饭。
