Wasn’t greeted with any respect upon arrival. Needed to switch rooms to accommodate people and they didn’t look to help us at all. Asked for a cot and they don’t have any. Needed some extra pillows and blankets, and guess what, they don’t have any. Got handed a fitted sheet in place of those.

Convenient location for us
Very friendly and clean, Quiet neighborhood. The structure is obviously not brand new, but not run down either. This wasn't our first nor last time staying here.

Not overly impressed
My initial reaction wasn’t good. I checked in, and got to my room where the thermostat was, no joke, set at 92! The room wouldn’t cool off after I turned the thermostat off and the wall unit to cool. I opened the window and still was too hot.

The temperature control unit didn't work properly. It started at 63 degrees. Wouldn't respond to wall thermostat. When the thermostat on the unit was turned up, it took hours to warm the room up. Then it kept going up to 77 degree. Then it took hours to go back down some. Then in the middle of the night, the fan started cycling off and on in 30 second cycles blowing a cold draft down on the bed farthest away. That went on for hours. The bathroom door wouldn't latch. So if you shut it, it just drifted open a few inches immediately.

The bed was comfortable, but the TV was no larger than a 27-32 inch. And it’s quite far from the bed. TV’s these days are not very expensive, I was surprised they have not upgraded to a larger one.

My bathroom didn’t work all night. Airconditioning had issues. I paid 250 through ******* and if it wasn’t for the night desk worker I would have had to pay more as the person he called for help wanted to charge me more and not honor what I paid online. I over heard his end on the phone. 250 dollars that cost a lot of money and to not even have a toilet. This was a poor experience… and money lost I’ll never get back
