The staff was welcoming. The gym and breakfast were standard. The grounds were well kept.
The hotel is in need of a deep clean and new mattress and bed linens.
I couldn’t figure out how to work the blinds.
It was quiet and safe.

No clock in the room, refrigerator buzzed all night, could hear person in the next room snoring, poor noise insulation. We were put in a handicap accessible room- good if one is handicapped. We are not, were returning from 10 days of biking up and down mountain passes in Colorado. Not impressed with room.

I was in town for personal reasons and stayed for three nights. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. As I was traveling with my pet, I didn't ask for maid service during my stay. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of items. The only downside was the coffee maker broke the night before my last day there. But sometimes things happen that are out of their control. I would stay here again.

We did not have a good experience at this Hampton Inn. Door to our room was ajar, I flushed poop in the toilet, bed was somewhat disheveled, soap dispenser in the shower was missing. And, there was no coffee available the next morning-just a sign saying, “our coffee dispenser broke last night. No coffee. Sorry!” We normally love Hampton, but we had an awful experience here!

We were part of the group that stayed for the SR 71 event at the museum. It’s a beautiful hotel and we’re able to gather for socializing in the dining area several times it was wonderful! Thank You, we will be back!

Great Hotel
Amazing place to stay with a great continental breakfast. We went to a Storm Chasers baseball game it's only 5 minutes away from there. We try to stay here every time we come to Omaha and the surrounding area.

入住给安排的一楼客房，第二天一早八九点就非常嘈杂，打开门一看是几个老莫开始施工，在换地毯。去前台投诉，她一脸正经滴说我们最近在换地毯，还和我说所以一楼关闭了！（那你们还安排我住一楼？？？）
本来就是只住一晚的行程，但是一早扰人清梦，我还在倒时差，就在我门口大面积施工打胶换地毯，服务真的不敢恭维。
早餐也是泛善可陈，没有一点绿叶菜和水果，都是高糖的美式蛋糕和油腻腻的碳水，感觉欢朋这个早餐比国内同系列差多了。
干净整洁，早餐不错，就是电视反应有点慢。
环境还可以，就是不太隔音，一楼有点吵。
