酒店回复: I am sorry if that is how you feel the situation went. We did spend over 40 minutes trying to answer all of your mom's questions when she was mad that she could not have a late check out. We did try to reassure her numerous times, but she did not appear satisfied with any of the answers given. When a guest is still questioning out policies, and accusing the front desk of dismissing her, after spending 15 minutes trying to explain things to her, we no longer feel confident with our ability to satisfy them as a guest. I felt we were very patient and respectful, but kept being accused otherwise. Unfortunately, we lost the confidence to provide further service to your mom and her daughter. If you have any other questions, please please feel free to email me. We do not like having our guests dissatisfied.

Overall everything was great. There was one day that we wanted our room cleaned and had removed the sign on the door for that reason but when we got back to our room that evening nothing had been done.

They do only room refreshes which include; replenishing towels that were left on the floors, stocking amenities, emptying the garbage, and straightening beds. We loved Sunday breakfast with bacon. The sausage was every day - not our favorite.

We unfortunately, no longer clean the rooms every day but do room refreshes. This is where the housekeeping restocks your amenities, and takes out dirty towels that were left on the floor. 房间干净舒适。我们三个人（妈妈和孩子们）都睡得很好。办理入住时前台工作人员很可爱，但退房时工作人员看起来有点不友好，不过也许是因为当时是凌晨三点。
入住体验很棒。房间，尤其是套房，非常舒适。酒店似乎最近翻新过，所以很不错。离机场很近，远程办公支持也很好。
唯一有点奇怪的是经理Alisha Hoppe。我还为父母预订了一间房，当我妈妈（礼貌地）询问延迟退房的事情时，经理试图挑起事端。经理态度极其粗鲁，告诉他们不欢迎他们回来，而且她禁止他们入住酒店。
