The hallway floors were dirty, rooms clean but bed was way smaller than frame (stayed in a king room) and uncomfortable. bathroom vanity counter very small and found no room to put things. Parking lot is terribly sloped away from front doors and stalls so trying to push the luggage cart around the broken uneven concrete lost things off the cart several times. Very noisy facing mall side of the street due to loud traffic. Will not stay again.

My room was near the pool and so had to walk by the overpowering smell of chlorine every time in and out. Also my room was near the laundrymat and so heard the machines running. Except for that, was a great stay.

There was someone listening to talk shows or something either in the laundry or room next door in 107. I was in Room 105, left my room at 4 am to see if there was something going on and couldn't find anyone to speak with. It was impossible to get back to sleep. My hubby and i have stayed before with no issues.

Breakfast was not fresh and limited. No ice machine in the entire hotel that worked and microwave in room didn’t work

We went for a walk after dinner and came back to the hotel to notice NONE of the hotel signs were lit up and NO lights I in the parking lot. I inquired with the hotel desk and she knew nothing about it. Did not offer to ask another hotel staff if there was a light switch or something that could be off. She said she didn’t know if there should be lights and said there was NOTHING she could do about it. Our vehicles were in a dark parking lot and it did not seem like it was safe. When we looked out in the early morning, all parking lights were on. We were relieved, but feel that the hotel staff should have had a better solution and made some effort.

All in all it was a nice hotel. Only issues we had were that the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and it is a non smoking hotel. The lady ad the front was nice and came to spray a deodorizer which helped immensely. The hotel seemed very noisey could heat people in the rooms on either side of us and the people above us sounded like they were going to come through the roof. The breakfast was lacklustrer the juice machine was turned off and empty. There weren’t many options to choose from. With all of this said the staff were nice and the hotel was fairly clean. Would I stay here again? Probably not but if you are looking for a place to sleep, this one will do the job

The parking was good, and the room after a very long trip was welcomed, which helped us get sleep for the rest of the way home.

我们要从黄石前往卡尔加里途径大瀑布城过夜，这家酒店是温德姆旗下，设施够用，卫生还是不错的。有游泳池。前台很热情！
