Hotel has recently been remodeled and looks nice, but I’ve stayed there in the past and the mold smell is still in the room we stayed. And Covid is over! The rooms should be cleaned and sheets changed daily.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel upon entering, very clean and enjoyable view. Upon entering room it was clean, taking further notice the bedsheets and bedspread were dirty and no toiletries available for replacing. I did however call down to have this taken care of and they brought up fresh bedding and toiletries. Breakfast was great, no issues. Though in the morning we were disturbed by housekeeping 3 times wanting to know if we checked out yet, dispite having do not disture sign on door. Mind you check out is 12pm. So that was unpleasant, as we were trying to get our rest due to long travel distance we were in the mist of. So overall there were pros and cons.

It was nearly impossible to find the stairs because they weren't marked and one of the elevators were broken so it took a really long time to get an elevator. When we got up to our room on the 5th floor after carrying all our stuff up several flights of stairs, our key card didn't work. We had to take everything back to the front desk and have them fix our card. The area around the hotel seems a little sketchy so I wouldn't necessarily choose this area again. The room was pretty nice though.

工作人员很棒，但他们给我们安排的房间暖气整晚都在响，听起来像摩托车在跑。早上我向前台投诉时，他们不予理睬，说他们无能为力，因为我是通过**********预订的。
选错了入住的晚上。那里有摔跤队，所以所有的孩子都快半夜了还在不停地跑。
我花了将近500美元住了两个晚上，绝对不值这个价。里面餐厅的食物太难吃了，我吃了一口之后就不想动了！！说实话，我希望退款。但我绝对不会再住那里了。
退房时，工作人员从来没有问过我是否喜欢这里。我收到了客房服务部门的短信，这很好，但去我房间的那位女士有点奇怪，因为她对房间评头论足。这让我很不舒服。我把垃圾扔进垃圾桶这件事似乎让她很烦？？？这让我很不舒服。发短信给我的那位女士问我怎样才能让我住得更舒服，但说实话，我觉得孩子们的情况他们无法控制。但如果他们能让孩子们知道不要到处乱跑就好了！
