Efficient check-in. Room was clean, neutral smell (clean but not fragranced), new furnishings, spacious bathroom and easy-to-use shower (no higher-education degree required to use the faucet). The ambiance of the whole room and the outdoor courtyard and parking area was upscale and clean. Very impressed! We travel often and I would rate this room as one of the most comfortable and clean rooms we've stayed in. Highly recommend.

I did not have the breakfast for it was too expensive. I think that for what you have to pay for, you should have some sort of menu that's cheaper as well as complementary breakfast. The only other thing is that you should provide complementary toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall great place - clean and everyone is friendly.

We thought the suite was beautiful and impressive. We were disappointed that neither tv worked and the staff couldnt help us. My husband found that someone had disconnected the hdmi cord on the living room tv and the secondary cord on the bedroom tv. We suspect sabotage. Also, the chain lock screws were unscrewed. Seems like sabotage. These problems lessened our experience.

The propert and the staff were great. My only negative was that i planned to use the laundry facility, but on attempting to fo so was informed that it hadnt been cleared by the inspectors yet, despite its listing on the website
