The workout room had a treadmill, which I used a lot.
However, the pool was not heated and I was a little disappointed. It's been that way for the past 3 visits.

I was only there for one night, so I did not need to use any of the amenities.
My room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming on my arrival, and courteous at checkout.
I would recommend this property to anyone who is in the area and wants high-quality lodging.

Not great for handicap needs
The handicap room I reserved was given away to someone else. We were eventually given a suite, which was nice enough, but my handicap mother had to sleep on an uncomfortable pullout sofa and did not have the accessible bathroom I had reserved. I expected more from this chain, but lesson learned.

酒店环境漂亮，舒服，周围有麦当劳还有一个pancake的餐厅，离客户近，也比较方便。秋天的明尼阿波利斯简直绝美，很喜欢这个城市。
酒店服务就是没有，入住时笑脸相迎，一说房型错了就立马变脸了。最可气的是离店后随便扣款。由于飞机故障晚到一天说不能取消订单。到了又说因为没有按时入住房型给别人了。然后就是经理说补偿早餐，结果离店后账户里扣了早餐钱。另外还从信用卡里随意扣了100多美金的费用。再等着经理处理了两天，酒店居然不认账了。
最后携程赔款。真是侧底无语了。一个破酒店入住前就沟通，离店还在处理。一路就处理这破事了。
房间物有所值。地段方便。
商务出差，酒店性价比很OK
这次住2楼可以听到楼上的脚步声，下次要选3楼。饭店是每两天才room service，所以备品用完要自行跟柜台要，柜台态度良好
