This was the perfect location for the Mankato Half marathon. Everything was walking distance. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and had everything that was needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I was downgraded from a suite to a Jr suite and was not told about it. I had been planning this trip for a couple weeks to propose to my then girlfriend and I had surgery the night before so it really felt like a slap in the face, especially since we were not reimbursed for the difference in room cost. The only person that was nice was Andrea at the front desk. She tried to make everything right, but I’m not sure you can fix things like that when you’re not willing to either eat the room cost or pay me the difference but she did try. no thanks to her manager. I was told they overbooked for their suites and I was bumped down because I booked through *******. I will say that again I was downgraded because I booked through *******.

We stayed here after a procedure at Mayo. Was a great place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone needing a quiet place to recuperate.

The ice machine didn't work on the floor and when I used my restroom there was like a rubberband that you would wear with braces that had some red on it? Could have been blood, but not sure.
Otherwise, room was nice, good climate control for a comfortable temp and the staff at the front desk was very good.

We enjoyed the hot tub. Our room is spacious, clean and attractive. The desk clerk gave a wonderful recommendation for dinner.

Steamy, lousy, pricey.
To start things off, the A/C was out in the building. While your individual room worked, we were there for a wedding so no meeting people at the hotel and hanging out. The restaurant is way over priced and could t get orders correct. Then they sat in the window for 20 minutes p, despite asking to serve them. We knew they were ours because we’re the only party in the restaurant.

Overall very clean and comfortable. Future I would request more pillows for bed but for the most part very satisfied with our stay for it being short and sweet for concert in town!
