We did not utilize the pool area. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The shower base did not look clean and was stained. Fornwhatvwe oaid, we were definitely disappointed.

We arrived at 2am and had a little difficulty getting the attention of someone to let us in.

The internet was easy to log on to, however, we couldn't get logged on to the premium wifi that was posted in the room and the front desk had no idea what I was talking about.

The pillows were a bit too squishy and the bed was really soft.

I had requested extra pillows before check in yet had to request them twice before they were delivered.

The toilet flushing handle was cracked and the TP holder was not attached.

It was nice that the pool was open til 11pm.

The room was quiet.

It was a bit frustrating that we couldn't use our own firestick.

Would recommend for a nice stay!

This was the perfect location for the Mankato Half marathon. Everything was walking distance. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and had everything that was needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I was downgraded from a suite to a Jr suite and was not told about it. I had been planning this trip for a couple weeks to propose to my then girlfriend and I had surgery the night before so it really felt like a slap in the face, especially since we were not reimbursed for the difference in room cost. The only person that was nice was Andrea at the front desk. She tried to make everything right, but I’m not sure you can fix things like that when you’re not willing to either eat the room cost or pay me the difference but she did try. no thanks to her manager. I was told they overbooked for their suites and I was bumped down because I booked through *******. I will say that again I was downgraded because I booked through *******.
