Clean room, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. my only complaint would be the room temp, while it was adjustable - the fan would not stay running to circulate the cooler air.

The room smelled musty the whole time. I tried opening the window for a bit but as soon as I turned the a/c on, it made the room smell. The shower drain was clogged but did get it fixed on our last night. Overall, it wasn’t the original room we booked and when we asked to switch, they said it wasn’t an option. Staff was very nice. Hot tub, pool, and gym were clean and great. Parking was very easy.

Uneven Floors
The room we stayed in had significantly uneven floors. When you wake up and walk around at night you feel like you’re on a boat. Staff were friendly. Nice location near Minnesota Zoo.

I travel a lot for work. I had just stayed at a Hilton in Ankeny a few days prior and it was beautiful. This one was old, run down or not updated at all. The continental breakfast was $15 a person and looked no different than what we had for free just a few days prior. We didn't stay. Left a few hours after checking in. Staff was super nice though, not their fault. Just no money going back into the place.
