We love staying at all residents inns! It’s always clean, staff is super nice, and Duluth was the best so far. Breakfast the next morning was just beautiful and delicious, fresh strawberry topping for waffles, spinach and feta eggs and egg sandwiches! Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel recently!

Cozy Stay

Staff are super nice, studio room had nice amenities, breakfast was yummy, and location in Duluth was nice for those who don’t want to deal with the congestion of Canal Park. Plus, it’s a short drive to a grocery store and other necessities if you need something. Had a very nice time.

Hotel was nice- the food options for breakfast were not great. Four out of five nights, it was just gas station prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. One day was biscuits and gravy which were great! Definitely let down by the breakfast. And a big let down they had NO flavored coffee creamer, said it was for brain ding with the higher ups. In this day and age I have not seen a coffee bar with no flavored coffee creamer , definitely a huge let down. Beautiful outdoor sitting area with fireplace and grills.

Very nice and helpful staff, common areas were nice. Bed was absolutely awful. Worst night of sleep in years. Such a frustration to spend that much for a room and then get a horrible bed.

We'd called the hotel and requested a special room after booking online. They claim to have not received that note, nothing was saved to our name/reservation. We will seek different accommodations for our semi-annual vacations.

What a surprise the city of Duluth was. We were enroute to Mayo Clinic in Rochester for surgery. The overnight stay gave us a much needed rest from our travels.
