We were told the pull out sofa was comfortable. It was older and the middle saged down on top of the middle rod. They gave us another room that was a little better.

Not much of a deal
We got off to a rough start--our key cards wouldn't work, returned to get new ones only to find someone already in our room, returned to front desk to get a new room/card. At least they gave us a free breakfast for all the hassle.
We are used to getting free breakfast and wifi, so this hotel felt overpriced.

1st room had an antsand moved to a new room and woke up to find ants in the new room i was given.

O boy, where do I start? I got to the hotel at 3:30pm and I do the contactless check-in. I proceed to bring my stuff to the room and lo behold, there is someone still in the room! I went to the front desk and they got us a different room which was not what I paid for. I paid for the King Suite which is supposed to be the bigger room and then they didn't even make it right and put us a cheaper room then what I paid for! I went back to the front desk and told them that I would like a refund on the room because it wasn't what I paid for and the lady said they would make it right. We left and went to the horse races and we got back to the room about 10:30 and they decided to give us some cheap ass vouchers for their small bar and lame breakfast. The bar closed at 11 and we are going to the State Fair in the morning so I don't want their breakfast. In my opinion, they should've refunded the whole room because of their screw up but because of their terrible customer service I would not recommend staying here if you are worried about the type of room you are getting or the condition/cleanliness of it. It has been a very disappointing experience with Hilton and it makes me question if the brand is starting to decline and I might not use Hilton in the future.
Also, they have a small pool and no hot tub.

Booked and paid for room through orbits. Front desk manager said we did not have a room booked. When I showed my confirmation receipt for the booked and paid for room he still did not believe it. Orbits customer service called the front desk to validate and he still did not believe it. This was all at midnight after we’ve been traveling for 31 hours.
