Everything is good the place, amenities and cleanliness are good well maintained the only thing the drainage of tubs wasn’t good enough needed to fix.

We stayed in the two room suite. The carpet smell was horrible, the beds were sunk in deeply. Most of the electronic outlets were loose. The breakfast juice machine and pancake machine didnt work for most of time. The eggs had a bad smell. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because of the customer service. The staff was excellent.

My room stuck like urine! The mattress was so sunken in in the middle there wasn’t a chance I was getting any type of decent sleep! There was a car air freshener stuck in the vent assuming to try and cover up the urine smell. Concierge couldn’t care less about my concerns.

This hotel should be taken off the app. Looked and smelled badly. I couldn’t stay. I had to cancel my reservation and go find another hotel.

Staff were great!! However, we had limited power and heat in our room on day one and two of our stay. There was no power on day three, they indicated we would not pay any fee.

Room description was a queen bed but a full size bed was in the room. 54" × 75" was the measurements and I told front desk but nothing was done to accommodate me.

The first time I stayed here the room was so nice so I stayed a second time. The second time the room wasn’t as clean and nice as the first one the first time I stayed.

Some things in room not up to par. Closet door sliders off track. Diverter in bathroom dripping. No usb charging stations
