The staff was wonderful. There was a huge blizzard and the city lost power…. They staff was super helpful and kind. My car got stuck in the snow and the staff helped me to be calm about the whole thing. They were wonderful! Regarding the room, the food, etc, the hotel was very nice as I expected.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were not very friendly and seemed annoyed when asked a question. That is why I only gave 4 stars. But the hotel itself was really nice!

Daily service for room was slipshod - beds barely made, floor not vacuumed, coffee pods not always replenished - only good aspect was clean bathroom and fresh towels, plus trash removed.

Check in and check out was very quick and efficient, parking was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, but smelled like smoke. Not ideal for a non-smoking room.

We used the meeting room on Friday and Saturday nights, the staff was very helpful with organizing the tables and everything how the bride and groom wanted them. We were there for my son's wedding.

The room was great! Very comfortable! I appreciate the extra outlets to plug in my devices. We are heading to Copper Harbor. We love this area also.

1. 浴缸排水速度太慢，淋浴时会积水几英寸。
2. 马桶总是堵塞。
3. 空调一直开着，我们不得不整晚都开着。
4. 我订了一间带两张床和一张沙发的房间，提前一周就跟酒店确认过房间状况了。沙发卡在房间里的角度太大，拉不出来当床用。
5. 要求加床，但“除了一张床单什么都没有”。房间里没有沙发用的床上用品。
6. 入住时间很长，但这与其他问题相比根本不算什么。
