The airport shuttle is a fantastic perk! This was my second stay in the last two months and I truly enjoy staying here. Having a kitchenette is really nice as often it's very late when I get in and it is mainly fast food or pizza options available for delivery. I can easily bring a meal along and warm it or finish preparing it right in my room!

Everything was perfect even my pup enjoyed the views 10 min away from Dave & busters definitely a great location. Clean and everything you need in the hotel !

Second stop here in 8 days. Convenient to have kitchen in room. Looked like tile in bathroom was new! The shower curtain fit the tub this time. Easy to travel here with pet a great bit go or the money. Front desk folks are very friendly — they make you feel like old friends. Thank you for being pleasant.

I will never stay here and I would advise against anyone else doing so as they have no compassior understand.
Ing!! They're policy of charging a $100 to Check-in early is more important than the safety of a guest in triple digit temperatures

The room we stayed in needed a deep clean especially around the windows. The door to the bathroom was a wooden door. The veneer was pealing and the door dragged across the bathroom floor. I had to lift it by the handle to open it the whole way.

我们提前安排并确认了延迟退房。看完女儿早上8点的比赛后，我们回到房间（通常退房时间是上午11点），发现房间被客房服务人员翻了个底朝天。我们原本想在退房前小睡一会儿。
房间前的走廊里弥漫着尿骚味。
浴室地板很脏，到处都是垃圾。
房间里的全尺寸冰箱根本无法冷藏食物。
总的来说还行，但我们住的房间味道太难闻了。十个员工里有九个都比我住过的其他酒店态度差。说真的，至少在我们入住前喷点香水什么的吧。还有，告诉员工态度好点儿，哈哈，我们都是付钱的，不应该感觉自己像是在给他们添麻烦。而且，我们住的这家酒店居然要收50美元的押金，简直离谱。更别提还要等10天才退还！我住过更好的酒店，押金更少，3天就退了！这算什么？！
酒店破旧不堪，每次洗澡都漏水。走廊里弥漫着烟味。我住在底楼，经常听到奇怪的巨响，像是机器运转的声音，砰砰作响，而且每隔五分钟就响一次。
前台几乎没人，想找人帮忙都得按门铃。另外，WiFi信号差得要命，时不时就断线。这是我住过的最差的酒店之一，强烈不推荐任何人入住。
第一间房间不干净。酒店承诺补偿5000积分，但至今三周过去了仍未收到。前台工作人员态度非常恶劣，服务也很不周到。
