Room was clean.. polite and friendly staff.
Took a very long time to get hot water and mostly took shower with hot water ALL the way on the entire time on gor water to not stay hot and fluctuate at times... otherwise great stay!

Everything was very nice clean spacious room and comfy bed. Staff was nice with the exception that I believe my card was charged for the night although I already paid via *******. There was a $220 hold on my card not sure why when I pre paid for the night via *******. I was told the computer charges its own taxes and fees when I called which doesnt make sense to me. Was told to call back if the whole $220 does not go back into my account after coming out of pending. Other than the deposit there should not have been any other charges to my card.

Lukewarm water for shower and you cannot take a shower. Requested the handyman but could not fix. Floor had a lot of dirty spots and not clean. GM didn't reach out after requested and went home due to weekend. Beware- a horrible hotel. Very unusual for BONVoY hotels. ********** rep was very kind and helpful. Let's see how ********** can fix this.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even remembered us the next morning. The room and facility was clean. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good, better than many places we have stayed. The breakfast staff was also nice and on top of things.

The staff was fairly good. The complimentary breakfast was good; better than I expected. The atmosphere and condition of the suites was not that appealing and in need of improvement/updating. It met my needs since I was in town for a family funeral for 2 days.
