Haven’t stayed at a holiday inn in probably about 10 years. Lately I have liked the consistency of the Hampton Inns but had no choice this time. Hotel got great ratings so gave it a try. Was in town from NJ for a funeral. Our room was average but the tub was disgusting with a brown rust spot, other rust stops visibly painted over and brown stains toward the back. The water also turned off the morning of our last day but they comped some points. Only real positive was the staff, they get 5 stars but the hotel gets 2. They are renovating so it’s noisy and I am sure may be improved after they finish.

No hair dryer or extra bedding for the sleeper sofa. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it.
My husband liked the breakfast. They had a cool automated pancake maker. You just have to push a button and put a plate at the end to catch the pancakes.

Apparently this hotel is being renovated. There was construction debris everywhere. The elevator was dirty and my shower had a nasty stain forcing me to shower in flip-flops. The staff was not helpful in accommodating my early checkout, and didn’t refund my money for the night that I wasn’t there.

Everything was perfect except the tub and shower curtain.
The provided Dove liquid shampoo, conditioner, & body wash makes the shower/tub too slippery. The shower curtain smelled like wet soured clothes.

Wonderful place to stay!
I’ve stayed here often and it’s a great place. Top of the line staff: courteous and professional they excel from manager to housekeeping. They are in the midst of renovations, but kept the noise and dust down. The improvements will only make it better!

Decent stay for the price...Great Breakfast!!!
This hotel is ok, the elevator had some weird cardboard on all the walls (that kept falling on us). The room was good, beds not super comfortable but they were decent. Seemed like it was either too hot or too cold in the room.....we couldn't find a happy medium. Breakfast was amazing!!! Loved it!!!
